1. All applicants to UVic (regardless of country of origin or citizenship status) are required to demonstrate competence in the English language prior to admission. You can choose one of several ways to demonstrate language proficiency.

You are not required to provide proof of language proficiency if you have studied full time for at least four years within Canada at the high school and/or post-secondary level, and all of your instruction has been in English.

2. Admission averages are calculated using all required Grade 12 courses for entry to a program. For more details on admission requirements for all applicant categories, see the UVic admissions site.

3. Admission to the program is competitive as enrollment is limited. Meeting the minimum requirements does not guarantee admission.

4. You can visit UVic's Engineering Home Page for more details on undergraduate degree offerings.
