The designation is earned by completing the Canadian Certified Administrative Professional (CCAP) program, for which you must be a member of the Association of Administrative Professionals (AAP).

You will be prepared to seek opportunities as office managers or as assistants to senior executives. Many will be well-prepared to write the accreditation exams for the Certified Administrative Professional (CAP) or the Organizational Management (OM) designation programs. 

The Executive Assistant Diploma prepares you for a senior position as an office manager or executive assistant in industry and government with courses in accounting, communications, marketing, law, and management.
