Overview

The University of British Columbia is one of the world’s top research universities and is the largest university in the province of BC, offering two major campuses – in Vancouver and the Okanagan. Both campuses provide a wide range of student services as well as on-campus housing and recreational facilities.

UBC Vancouver Campus

Located 30 minutes from the heart of downtown Vancouver, UBC's Vancouver campus is one of the largest and most scenic campuses in Canada. Areas of study include programs in Architecture, Agricultural Sciences, Arts, Business Administration and Commerce, Dentistry, Education, Family and Nutritional Sciences, Fine Arts, Engineering, Forestry, Journalism, Law, Music, Nursing, Physical Education, Social Work, and Science. The campus also has two additional sites, one in the heart of downtown Vancouver at Robson Square, and another at Centre for Digital Media.

UBC Okanagan Campus

The Okanagan campus opened in Kelowna in 2005 offering an intimate learning community that attracts students from throughout the Okanagan region, across Canada, and 99 other countries for undergraduate and graduate programs in eight faculties and schools. UBC Okanagan's campus offers interdisciplinary and integrated programs in Applied Science, Arts, Business, Education, Nursing, Social Work, and Science.
