Overview
The Bachelor of Technology in Electronics is designed for electronics technologists (or equivalent) who wish to complete a degree while working and gain skills for job promotion. The program provides you with the knowledge and skills required to design electrical, computer, automation and communication systems. You'll take courses in engineering statistics, scientific computing, thermodynamics, feedback control, electric machines, and more. Upon graduation, if you intend to pursue registration as a Professional Engineer, you can apply to Engineers & Geoscientists British Columbia for acceptance into the Engineer-in-Training (EIT) program. This acceptance will require passing specified confirmatory exams.
