Overview
The Environmental Studies Citation is within the Department of Interdisciplinary Studies, drawing from four critical study areas - Biology, Chemistry, English, Geography – as well as including a number of specific environmental courses. Elective courses are chosen from a wide range of subjects to suit your interests. A one-week field school is conducted at the end of the second year. Upon graduation, you will be prepared for employment in entry level positions with environment related government and private sector agencies. You may wish to pursue a degree in environmental studies at any number of universities or apply these courses toward an arts or science degree in another discipline.
