The Accounting diploma allows you to gain specialized expertise in business and individual financial management for introductory careers in accounting, auditing, and tax preparation.

1. High school graduation or equivalent
2. English 12 (C+) or equivalent
3. One of:
- Foundations of Math 11 (C+) or equivalent
- Pre-Calculus 11 (C+) or equivalent
- VCC Math 0861 (C+) and Math 0871 (C+) 
- VCC Math Assessment with the following scores: Basic Math (80%) and Algebra (60%)


Academic Admission Requirement

1. This program is available to Canadian citizens and permanent residents.
2. Applicants who self-identify as Indigenous are strongly encourages to connect with VCC's Indigenous Education and Community Engagement team to learn more about VCC's Indigenous Enrolment policy and services.
3. If you are missing any prerequisites, VCC offers academic upgrading, English as a Second Language courses, and university transfer options.

Applications should be submitted as early as possible. Qualified applicants are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis.
