Overview
The Advancing Equity, Diversity & Inclusion microcredential is comprised of four stackable micro-courses that focuses on the behavioural science that drives our interactions, deepen an awareness of the impacts of racism and marginalization in groups, explore measurement and engagement tools, use data to assess diversity and inclusion in their organization, and develop action-based strategies at the individual, team and organization level to improve equity, diversity and inclusion. Upon completion, you will have the awareness, tools, skills and strategies needed to address unconscious bias, engage diverse teams, build an inclusive organizational climate, and lead EDI change.
