The Teaching + Learning in Art and Design explores the role of an educator at the intersection of art, design, learning and community. Through seven stages of the teaching and learning process - from determining your personal philosophy as an art and design educator, to creating lesson plans that capture differentiated learning techniques for diverse classrooms - these workshops draw from your creative practice as artists and designers, to implement inquiry-based teaching and learning, develop art and design learning experiences for diverse educational contexts, and help you build a community for sharing and learning from peers.
