The Criminology Post Baccalaureate Diploma is for students who hold a bachelor’s degree in a discipline other than criminology to expand their knowledge of criminology. You'll pursue individual interests in specific criminology areas.

1. Completion of a bachelor's degree from a recognized post-secondary institution or equivalent in a discipline other than criminology

2. High school graduation or equivalent

3. Meet SFU's English and Quantitative and Analytical Skills requirements.

Academic Admission Requirement

1. Applicants must meet university undergraduate admission deadlines as shown in the SFU Calendar. Application forms and official documents must be submitted to Student Services. In addition to applying for University admission, students apply in writing to the School of Criminology's advisor for certificate program declaration.

- September intake: High school applicants: October to January
- Post-secondary/transfer applicants: October to February
- January intake: August to September
- May intake: October to January
