Overview
The Bachelor of Science Degree in Earth Sciences has three course stream options leading to course concentrations: geology stream, environmental geoscience stream, and general earth sciences stream. The geology and environmental geoscience streams are designed to permit you to enroll as a geologist or environmental geoscientist respectively with a professional license. If you are not intending to practice as professional geoscientists, you may choose to pursue the general earth sciences stream. In the program, you'll take courses in chemistry, mineralogy, geology, applied geophysics, environmental geoscience, the evolving earth, and more.
