The Genomics Certificate will help you develop skills in generating, analyzing and managing genomic data. It will also facilitate understanding the applications of genomics in the context of the more traditional life science disciplines.

1. This Certificate Program is intended for students who wish to complete it at the same time as they pursue another program at SFU. You may add a certificate program to any major. 

2. Prospective students must apply to SFU for admissions and meet the specific program admission requirements prior to undertaking a Certificate program.

Admission Advice

- September intake: High school applicants: October to January
- Post-secondary/transfer applicants: October to February
- January intake: August to September
- May intake: October to January

Verify with the institution for specific dates.
