Overview

The Social Justice Certificate enables you to explore the causes of unequal treatment, compare and contrast interlocking patterns of oppression and exploitation and develop strategies for social change. You'll develop competence in identifying and examining the causes and consequences of social inequalities, and the differential perception and treatment of groups and individuals on the basis of a variety of factors including, but not limited to gender, sexual orientation, class, race, ethnicity, and religion.
