This 20-hour Micro-Credential is designed to empower you with practical mindfulness techniques and evidence-based theory that can transform your life, whether it be work, life, or play. You will gain a deep understanding of mindfulness principles and their applications. You will learn evidence-based techniques to enhance self-awareness. You will explore mindfulness-based interventions and develop skills to navigate challenging situations and resistance using mindfulness.
