Overview
The Tourism Management Diploma prepares students for careers in resorts, hotels, and other tourism operations. Courses have been designed through industry engagement and provide a breadth of knowledge that will allow students to be prepared for management-level and customer-facing roles in the tourism industry. This program includes a mandatory Co-op Work Term, providing hands-on experience in the local tourism industry. Courses focus on sustainability within the industry and destination development, focusing a lens on mountainous and rural environments. This diploma ladders directly into Year 3 of the Bachelor of Business Administration in Sustainable Business Practices degree program.
