The Associate of Arts Degree provides a broad academic education that prepares students for workplace and upper-level university study. Students who participate in the science requirement includes a hands-on laboratory course.

1. Meet the requirements for Open Admission 

Academic Admission Requirement

1. Online application form, supporting documents and a program plan are required for open admission. 

2. Aside from program entry/admission requirements, there are also specific course registration requirements (called prerequisites) which are listed within TRU-OL course description. Prerequisite = Course that must be successfully completed prior to registering in a given course. Some courses have recommended or required course prerequisites. Please check course prerequisites and make sure you are eligible before registering individual courses.

3. If you do not meet course prerequisites, assessments and high school equivalent upgrading courses available.
