This micro-credential in Indigenous leadership, developed and taught by instructors with a strong connection to their own Indigenous teachings and heritage, seeks to guide learners as they learn to apply core cultural values to the day-to-day operations of a busy workplace.  Beginning with a centering in self-knowledge and cultural teachings, this micro-credential will widen to encompass communication and relationships with coworkers, clients, and guests.  Learners will leave this course ready to face the unique challenges and opportunities of leading in an Indigenous workplace.
